whats the name of the racing game /w remote control cars & the green monster /w 1 eye it rocked back & forth?

this game had a big track with remote control cars and the big monster had one eye that the cars would have to jump over as he would rock the eye back and forth in his hands and there was a speedy curve called dead man's turn with a bunch of tombstones that you'd have to set up and an upside down flip just like some of the micro machines of today but this was made back in the 90's.
