rc gas cars? starters?
well i want to get me a rc gas car im not for sure what to look for when buying one i would like to have a nice affordable one i want to be able to drive it on my buddy mx track… any links on a nice one would be ausome….

Over the years we have played with both gas and electric RC cars. If you have access to an indoor track - you will need to go with electric - and there are wonderful cars out there.
If you are completely convinced that gas cars are the way to go — you need to do a little more research and get a little better educated on what is good for you and your circumstances. Are you mechanical? Do you like worrying about tiny adjustments? Do you want a complete kit or are you interested in building something from the ground up?
What is your budget? That is an important consideration - especially at the cost of fuel these days.
How much time will you be able to spend with your car? Do you enjoy the hands on - or do you just want to be able to race?

Don't rule out electric rc cars. There's nothing wrong with Nitros but with electrics you don't need to buy fuel, they go almost as fast, and you don't need to worry about starting it. As far as Nitro cars go try looking at these.

If you have the opportunity and the resources (especially the finances) to purchase a Traxxas brand vehicle, then I highly recommend it. The two best ones are the Traxxas Nitro Rustler and the Traxxas Jato 3.3. If you don't want a Traxxas, then the only other brand that I recommend is HPI, both the HPI Baja 5B and the HPI Baja 5T are great models.
