and are they cheaper buying them from there…

Hmm can`t think of shops at the moment ,but i have seen before around town (Bangkok)Phuket ,i didnt notice anywhere when i was there last week.

Cheaper?Guessing they would probably be around the same price,maybe a bit more (With the exchange rates,and strong Baht)

Thailands not great for imported things,as the goverment usually slaps on large import taxes.
