I want to get into converting model RC cars into Police Cars with working LEDs and Sirens?

Ok i want to start this whole thing but i don't know how to do the sotering the wires and the setup the wires in the car, can anyone help me with some kind of directions or scematics, thank you!

There are lighting kits available for a few 1/10 scale rc cars, and with many of them soldering isn't required as they come with an adaptor to plug straight in to the battery pack. Then all you do is route the wires along the inside of the bodyshell.

I'm not sure about the siren though, you might have to get creative with that.
