how many cards do i need to run 5 rc cars?
I mean the cards that transmit info from the controller to the car. I want to run 5 cars but obviously they have to be on different frequencies.
You would need both transmitter and receiver crystals for each car.
Or alternatively you could use the new 2.4 ghz crystalless radio systems, but they are still quite expensive.

IF you run them 1 at a time, 1 frequency.
IF you want to run them all at once, 5; and you must be an octopus, as you could NOT run 5 cars with only 2 hands!
