hey man i had that …
hey man i had that problum to you have to richen your low speed needle so it dose not rev high in idle and the reason it is going fast when fliped over is because the spout for the gas is at the bootom of the tank so when fliped it trys to run lean

Sounds to me like its gonna be around your plunger… Adjust the screw to set the servo linkage to hold your idle. It would be great if you could do a small vid and show your problem many people will help Peace

hey my car idle is way to high. I turned it down, but it didnt work. When it flips over it goes to full speed unless i put on the brakes. Does anyone know what i car do about it?
