i dont understand Nitro R/C cars. help plz!?

Here is a car i am looking at ant i keep finding all these cars i want but there is one problem, they say "Nitro" does that mean i have to add something to the gas?
i just want a gas, like straight off the pump gas, powered r/c car that goes fast. explain the "Nitro" & maybe if you have a link to a good place to buy one.

thanks

The nitro cars run on nitromethane like top fuel dragsters only the fuel is diluted mainly with oils because the engines are two-stroke. This is nothing new. It's the same stuff we used flying model airplanes in the '60s with basically the same engines. The fuel is already mixed when you buy it.
